Sitting constantly in front of a laptop everyday during office hours caused me to have major shoulder and back pain. I went to Shifa Naturopathic Centre and they really aided me in pain management. Personally, what I liked about them was the fact that they did not use medicines to help me, since I am a big believer and supporter of natural healing. Thus, this place was perfect for me. I also took ten sessions of Yoga Nidra. I enjoyed it so much that eventually I signed up for more classes. Now all my pain has disappeared and the yoga is really helping me relax throughout the day and I am much less anxious than I used to be.
