I have chronic pain in my sciatica and my upper back. Made an appointment for the 90 minute deep tissue massage and I wish it was longer. I walked out with my sciatica feeling a lot better. There's still a lingering pain but it's nothing compared to the pain level I was in prior to the visit. She focused mainly on the sciatica and not much on my upper back.I brought it up towards the end of the appointment and she did a quick compression that helped a bit. If I had another hour or so I think my therapist would've kick all the knots out of my back. I have a busy schedule but hopefully I can get another appointment soon.
