From the memorable spark of nimbu in the Nimbu Chicken to the firm yet tender Paneer or Surmai ke Tikkey as well as Kandhari Murgh or Malai Kebabs, robust Punjabi flavours leap from the plate to give me a jhappi. Typically Rajkare Rajma, Pakodewali Kadhi and Sarson da Saag with Makki ki Rotis. Extensive selection of tawa items and kebabs here. Do try the Peshawari Mutton and Saag Murgh and wind-up with the outstanding (seasonal) Gajar ka Halwa (Jalebi with Rabadi available year round, but their jalebis are not as crisp as I'd like). Trip out on Ganna Singh, Khadak Singh (cocktails) and super masalewala Nimbu Paani.
