In 1979, during the Bond movie Moonraker, Agent 007 and the rather attractive Dr Holly Goodhead zipped away from the deathly clutches of Jaws down the cable car wire on Sugar Loaf Mountain, Rio de Janeiro. Back then we dreamed of zipping off to impossible places like James Bond.
