I really had a worst experience in Elite, velachery. Nobody in that parlour would have done any course, they are illiterate, they are not even able to read a single word in english. They doesn't know tamil also. The owner only speaks tamil/english. She will not be there in the shop, she will instruct via phone. She will come only for collecting money. Even if u go on 450 rupees package she will say something and change ur mind, finally u will be ended up in paying extra 2000 or 2500 along with the amount of the package.

I noticed the below things.
1. If u have a facial voucher she will say the one that comes with package is not good, take any other facial from the menu.
2. hair cut, till then I know if haircut means whatever hair there in ur head they will cut in a style u want. But they are saying "we will do hair cut only in the front, not in the back, if u want haircut for back side u should pay extra."
3. If u have straightening voucher she will ask u to do smoothening, saying straightening will burn ur hair.

These are the things I have noted on one day, not sure how many other ppl suffered like this. I got reminded of the scene in a tamil movie siruthai, where karthi will shave hair for half side, and santhanam will charge more for the other half :)
