I had bought a voucher after a failed attempt of buying a voucher and speaking nearly for a day with the customer service people. The voucher stated 40% off on all Salon services, but when i called them first they denied the voucher was valid. They said it was un last August , afterwards they said that it was only on services above 1000. This was not at all mentioned on mydala. The salon people said this was error on mydala's behalf. Overall it was not at all a pleasant experience and i for sure would not be availing mydala's service again. In the end i couldnt even use the voucher i had bought. They had absolutely misled us
