I booked two vouchers for Hair smoothing and Hair color. when I went there I was under the impression I would pay Rs 2600 balance after 200 for the vouchers but I ended up paying Rs 5000 more (Rs 2500 in cash gosh thats what I had on me and the balance Rs 2625 using my debit card. When I called to make an appointment I asked them the procedure for Hair Smoothing and hair color and Ms ANUSHA (who is the owner of the parlor and who happened to write the 2 nice excellent eviews about her own parlor on the MYDALA PAGE but sadly only now I came to realise that the owner is Anusha and she was the one who wrote those two comments about her own parlor) said .....it will be a HAIR WASH then cream application, one time hair ironing and then we will deposit the hair color and after that we will wash and****dry so I prepared myself as next day was Christmas so made my appointment for 3:30 pm and went there to hear her say that the HAIR IRONING is chargeable not in the package so Rs 700 extra for that and when you iron your hair it will lose the texture so Rs 700 for HAIR SPA and then they will say you need a haircut to go with this so I say no thanks but she says ok mam I will give you a complimentary hair trim which to them means HOLD THE ENDS AND CUT STRAIGHT..thats all. and finally you decide since you came to have a new look you go ahead but at the end the color did not come and I have attached the pictures and you can see for yourself...when I called the owner on her mobile as apparently she GYMS AT THE HOTEL WESTIN she said I am sorry mam, please come again on Monday I will give you a root touch up and a complimentary hair spa and even a face clean up as complimentary just to compensate.....so what do customers like me do????? I spent 6 hours at the parlor that evening and now I have to go sit again just coz they made another 3K from me and now they want me to waste my time as well???? I have three kids and I am a single parent ....I didnt have the money thats why we go for offers not to be treated like a BEGGAR while you GYM AT A FIVE STAR HOTEL .....am sorry I dont have that money....my hair is ruined as even the smoothening is BAD....I want my MONEY BACK .....they are rogues of writing their OWN REVIEWS about the parlor just to make customers fall like prey...if no action is taken to ensure I get my money back I will take necessary action I need to take....JUST DONT TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE BEGGARS
