Hi,brbrI am Rajesh Dwivedi from Dwarka, Delhi. I bought a bag from bag zone, select city walk mall, Delhi in June last year. In just 3 months from then i started facing issues which was actually manufacturing fault. I spoke to the seller and they told I can go to Pacific Mall and get it checked. I did so. Person there at pacific mall told me that there is a big issue with this specific bag and they are constantly getting complaints for this model. Issue i was facing was threads coming out of my bag which was actually making it look cheap. That guy did a temporary repair and told me if this issue is not fixed I can go for replacement.brbrIssue was not fixed, and by that time it's leather handle also had some cracks. I was highly upset with all this. I walked up to select city walk store and that guy told me they cant replace it.brbrI am very clear on this. I want replacement else i will be left with no other option than spoiling your image all around.
