Extremely dissatisfied with the service. I spent around Rs 3,000 to get my broken LCD changed for my phone, Microsoft Lumia 640 XL. This happened in the first week of January 2017. Today is 13th April, 2017. I have been running to them since the last three months and they still could not fix the phone. They installed a new LCD which malfunctions. As soon as it malfunctions, I take it to their shop. They call and inform me that it is working fine. As soon as I bring it home, it starts malfunctioning again. This endless loop has been going on since January and I have forgotten the count of the visits to Magnet.
