I had purchased a voucher for a body massage few days back. Today I thought of calling UB glamourous for an appointment. As I spoke to receptionist, she was first of all not convinced that such discount voucher exists n whatever I have purchased is valid. This was really humiliating for a customer who called for the first time. I repented for buying that discount voucher, infact I could afford their any service without any discount ! Anyways the receptionist told me that she would confirm with her superior n call me back. I did not get any call from them. I called them after 2 hours n I was put on call with a superior who expected me to explain again the voucher story! I felt as if I am begging for a free service !!! I don't think I would avail this voucher Now!
