1. People at the Salon need to learn telephone etiquettes.
2. Provide suggestions if you can not provide with the service requested and paid for. Even though I know the name of the person I spoke to, I will not pen it down her here as she just followed whatever was told to her by the owner.
3. Just because the site would not accept my comment I need to give it a star though its not worth it at all.
