Where straightening ur hair is equivalent to the gateway to baldness, is where the urban touch starts its footprint from!!

Personally, I did not even want to rate it, yes, my experience has been that despicable. The working staff is okay but the owner would only focus on extracting money even if it results on your demise.

My experience in detail:

I had completely forgotten that my hair has a mehendi coating of one month.
the owner did not check and when the staff said to her the straightening might not happen. She simply put the cream in my hair for more than 40 mins, which resulted in breakage and as afore mentioned partial baldness.
Even after that she kept joking without having the courtesy to offer a consolidatory offer to restore my loss.
All in all, even if u want to go there, please be CAUTIOUS!!
