that experience was mediocre, better than take out as complaints and changes can be taken care of at the time of the meal. Today we ordered takeout and experienced terrible customer service with the ladies at the counter. We then came home to a container of Papdi chat full of mostly crisps with maybe half a handful of onions, potato and chick peas. When calling to complain management stated that things like that sometimes just happen as many people are in the back kitchen.

Fiesta Lounge is a good place to go see the sunset, if you get there early enough to snag a table. That being said, the place is just about as pricey as you would expect it to be.

This place is cute and has great views but beware...it is TINY and everyone is desperate for a chair or a table. So come early and stake out a spot (guard it with your life). The first half hour of our time spent up here went something like this ''hey babe...I think they're getting up...lets grab their spot...it's better than ours".

Service was quick, friendly, attentive, and wondeful.

The food (chips, guacamole, salsa, chicken tortilla soup, green chili) was delicious and filling.

The margaritas were some of the best I have ever had.

The ambience was perfect for a cozy, romantic date with my husband.

The live band they had playing was fun, talented, and really got people on the dance floor.

This is a perfectly good and safe restaurant to eat in while in Puttaparthi. The staff are very attentive and always friendly and the food is quite good. Portions are excellent for our taste. Often menu items are unavailable, but this is probably because of schedule of deliveries

Nice budget hotel. Good security with three locks on each door. Comfortable beds. Pleasant and helpful staff. Ride to and from train station or airport.

This hotel is located at very good place...the view is very nice....place is very hygeinic..all the amenties hotel provises us were really satisfactory...me nd my friends enjoyed a lot.....one special thing i want to mention about this hotel is food...it was delicious....rest was also good.....nice experience

A visit to Falak should be a must in any Jammu itinerary! The view is just stunning!! We had a late lunch. An Awadhi food festival was going on and the menu was limited. We had a chicken soup, which I did not like much because it tasted like the maggi noodles masala, then...

The restaurant gives a wonderful 360 degree view of the city. The food is very good but the service was slow. They took around 40 min to serve us lunch. Overall experience was good as it was vacation time thus we were not in a hurry.

The luxury of the hotel was equalled only by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. On arrival we had a free relaxing massage and drink. Stepping down from the cool marbled interior of the hotel one finds a large pool area - the most impressive I've seen.

Dream Destinations a reasonable price but food was on the expensive side which appeared to make most guests eat outside the hotel. We felt that with such good breakfasts the hotel could do better in promoting their evening meals and making it more financially appealing.

Very spacious, clean, elegant and comfortable hotel that's made special by the warm and caring staff. We had only the basic bedrooms but these were very well appointed, comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms with a proper size bath.

The staff were extremely helpful and good natured throughout and the hotel itself was lovely. We had opted for a pool/sea view room which was very tranquil and well worth the extra, positioned beautifully to watch the sun setting in the evening.
